Elvin E. Deloach

Elvin E. Deloach is the president of Cardinal Ambulance Services Inc (CASI) and a retired Paramedic Captain for the City of Newport News. His experience as a paramedic provided him the opportunity to serve the citizens of Newport News with advanced and basic life support services for over thirty years. Mr. Deloach established a personal and professional rapport with both medical and traumatized patients to provide comfort while administering emergency treatment and care. He managed critically ill/injured patients effectively with rapid assessments, aggressive resuscitation, and packaging and transport to appropriate definitive care emergency departments. Mr. Deloach will provide training to new EMT’s and ensure that our company upholds the quality of care that a patient should expect when being transported to a medically necessary appointment.

EMS Captain, Newport News Fire Department
-Retired EMS Captain for the Newport News Fire Department with over 30 years experience as a NREMT- P. As an EMS Captain, He supervised and directed a fire battalion of thirty EMTI’sIEMT-P’s and twenty-two EMT’s in a combination department consisting of six advance life support units staffed with two providers on a daily basis.

Jacques Deloach

Jacques Deloach worked for Newport News Fire Department from 2006-2010 and is an EMT -I. He is certified in c.P.R. P.A.L.S., A.c.L.S, and LT.L.S. and is actively working in the medical transportation field.
